With the following, you will know what to expect and be on your way to make your purchase on our site. Step 1: Choose the score/scores that you wish to get by hovering over the score and click the <Add to Cart> button. Adding to your cart, a mini cart will appear to inform you of the item(s) that you have added. You can click anywhere outside the minicart to continue shopping. Step 2: Once you have made your selection(s), click on <View Cart> to view your purchase(s). There you will be able to see a consolidated list of your purchase(s) ready for payment. Step 3: Hit <Checkout> and you will be directed to our secure payment page. Here, you will be guided to input some basic information to which the digital score will be sent it. The most important information of all would be your email address as that is where you will be able to download the score(s) that you've bought. Once all the details are input, click <Contine> You will be directed the final page of processing where you confirm your details before you place your order. Do check that everything is in order before you hit <Place Order>. Once you have done that, a Thank You note will appear on behalf of our lovely little scribes confirming your purchase. Step 4: (FINALLY) Head to the email address that you have designated for the score to reach you and there your score will be waiting. Hit <Download> and you are all set! 😀 Should you have any issues with the process or your purchase, please don't hesitate to send us an email at themusicscribes@gmail.com so that we can ractify the problem as soon as possible.

Our music scribes aren't the brightest bunch as they only really know music and music scoring, as such all their works are saved as PDF.

Instantly! As it should be. We live in an age where things need to be quick. So once payment is made, the scores will go right to the email address you provided upon payment. So make sure you've input the right email!

We encourage all customers to double check their cart and more importantly the quantity before making their payments. However, we understand that mistakes happen. Should you accidentally pay for multiple copies of the same score, do send us an email at themusicscribes@gmail.com with proof of purchase so that we can process a refund of the excess scores purchased.

Unfortunately we do not do refunds for such an error, so we do encourage all our customers to check their purchases as well as their quantities before making payment. On the bright side, you can take a chance on a new song and who know? Maybe you'll enjoy it!

Do send us an email at themusicscribes@gmail.com immediately with proof of purchase either with your email address or a screenshot of the score you received so that we can send you the right score. This will help us to rectify your issue as well as preventing others from receiving the wrong score. As for the existing score that you received, do accpet that score on the house as an apology for our mistake.

If you wish to make payments with either paynow or paylah, do make the payment to the following UEN number: 53455980L Upon successful payment, do send a screenshot of the payment and email it to us at themusicscribes@gmail.com and we will send the score over to you before the day is up.

We understand that notation for drums aren't as universal as other instruments and as such we have a guide shown to illustrate the notations that we use. Alternatively, you can download the FREE Pdf in our store for your reference.

While we as music practitioners agree that music is for the world, we do believe in showing our appreciation to our scribes for their hard work and effort. They are a simple bunch but they have a hefty appetite. So keeping them full can be a challenge. We understand that with all the different outlets in social media including (and not limited to), youtube, tiktok, instagram and facebook, there are loads of free resources out there. But rest assured that when you make a purchase with us, you are buying quality and the years of collective experience to produce scores that are as accurate to the source material as possible.
